Rev. Alex Williams

Lead Pastor
Alex holds a Bachelors of Science in Sociology and Philosophy from Texas A&M University and a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. A United Methodist by birth, Alex felt called to ministry during high school. Before starting his pastoral ministry career, Alex served many churches working with youth and college students, leading contemporary worship, and working with a non-profit youth mission organization for over 10 years.
Alex and Emma met at seminary in Chicago. They have one young son named Henry and a massive goldendoodle dog named Stanley.
Alex is passionate about sports, books, movies, music, Chicago deep-dish pizza and cheesecake. Most of all, Alex desires to see the hope of Jesus Christ present in a world full of chaos and violence.

Rev. Emma Williams

Children’s Pastor
Emma holds a Bachelors of Arts in Religious Studies from Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana and a Master of Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary in Chicago, Illinois. Emma’s work at Cross Way UMC is in addition to her full-time work at the Conference Office.
Emma and Alex met at seminary in Chicago. They have one young son named Henry and a massive goldendoodle dog named Stanley.
Emma is passionate about ice cream, tap dancing, and the Tony Awards. Most of all, Emma wants people to see that children are spiritual beings who often reveal the Word of God to us in the most profound ways.

Liz Krahulik

Youth Minister
**Liz is currently on Maternity Leave, so email Pastor Alex with any questions about our youth ministry program:
Liz graduated from Texas A&M in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and minor in Sports Marketing, with dreams of working for the Texas Rangers someday, but couldn’t fight her calling to ministry. Her passion for leading students to God runs deep, closely followed by her adoration and love of sloths.
Liz loves all sweets and treats; a connoisseur of pie one might say. She can be found skipping around campus singing Christmas carols year round because she is Santa’s most cheerful elf. Liz and her husband Zach enjoy terrorizing their cat, Chloe, in their free time.

Jordan Cramer

Worship Director

Jordan is a Navy brat who was born in San Diego, California in 1987. After moving to several states, his family finally settled in North Richland Hills within Fort Worth in 1999. On a Mission Trip to Louisiana in 2007, Jordan first heard his calling to go into ministry. Since then, he has either worked or volunteered within the Methodist community in youth ministry and/or worship ministry. In 2013, Jordan started working at Cross Way UMC as the Worship Leader, received his Associates in Art, and married his beautiful wife, Sharon. Since the fall of 2016, he has been attending Colorado Christian University online to earn his Bachelor of Science degree in Organization Management in Christian Leadership with plans to graduate in the fall of 2018.

On April 9th, 2017, Jordan and Sharon welcomed their first daughter, Leah Copeland to the world. She is beautiful just like her mother, and has blue eyes just like her daddy. If you don’t find Jordan at Cross Way, you can find him at home listening to music, reading comic books and admiring his action figure collection, or out hanging with friends. He loves friends. And Batman.
